Aqueous Cleaner

(Q-CLEANER # 70)

"Q-CLEANER #70"is an alkaline aqueous cleaner for continuous spray cleaning of Aluminum parts. Especially, "Q-CLEANER #70"is developed for spray cleaning of aluminum cores (radiator, heater,........) prior to fluxing and brazing treatment.
"Q-CLEANER #70"shows good cleaning, penetrating, wetting, rinsing properties and controlled etching action. Compare to the Vapor Degreasing using T.C.E., the aqueous cleaning is not only very safe and economic but also giving more homogeneously wetted surface.
"Q-CLEANER #70"is a mild alkaline cleaner containing carbonates. The existing silicate base cleaners frequently result in silica/silicate scale problem in the washing machine. Therefore, the scales make the maintenance of the washing system very troublesome. While the phosphate base cleaners is restricted to use because environmental regulations. And the caustics are hazardous material.
"Q-CLEANER #70"contains no silicates and caustics. "Q-CLEANER #70"contains phosphates at low level concentration (0.3% MAX)."Q-CLEANER #70"has carbonate base formulation and has powerful hard water stabilization system also. Therefore,"Q-CLEANER #70"secures the easy-maintenance, environmental acceptance, workman's safety and cleaning ability.
