   1) Concentration of using

 

Concentration of using
Generally, chemicals concentration is 0.2-0.3 %
The volume of chemicals supply is variable for viscous condition.
 Generally , chemicals supply is 3?5 % volume rate of over sprayed paint.
It is necessary to keep pH of circulation water between 7-9.
pH is measured by pH meter, pH indicated paper.

   2) Method of supplying
      Continuous supplying is good to keep the anti-viscous effect.
      This chemicals supply in the water continuously by supplying pump.

      20Kg net : P.P resin container , inside Protection can , disposable container

PAINT BOOTH KILLING AGENT REISOL #25K


Paint Booth Killing Agent Reisol #25K is a newly developed paint booth cleaning agent.
It utilizes high molecular substances of a positive ion. It removes the stickiness of
various paints such as melamine, alkyd, acryl, etc. and always maintains the paint booth
clean with its excellent floating effect.

PH CONTROL AGENT REISOL #25A


PH Control Agent Reisol #25A is a alkali agent and is to be used after applying a paint
booth cleaning agent to a water booth. It is a supplementary to paint booth cleaning
agent which adjusts the circulation water PH to 8, a light alkali, and helps to obtain
maximum stickiness removal effect.

(REISOL NO. # 25K , 25A) Paint Booth Cleaner

1) This chemicals make a over sprayed paint in circulation water into anti-viscous condition.
     Anti-viscous paint float on the water surface. therefore , it is easy to maintenance.
2) This chemicals is available to many kinds of paint. For example, epoxy alkyd acryl melamine urethane and polyester.

3) The Purpose of Removing Paint Viscosity
Over Spray Paint being produced in the circulation water of a Painting Booth has
viscosity, and it clogs up the exhaust system of the Spray Booth and hinders the
harmony of a sudden exhaustion. It causes an inferior painting and not the volatile
solvents inside the booth to be discharged which may lead to security & hygienical
hazards.   

Moreover, most of the overly sprayed paint is deposited on the bottom of the circulation
pit & floating agent, and it solidifies as a rubber form as time progresses which
requires a good deal of manpower and time for its cleaning. Besides, the pathogenic
microorganism produced in the paint may cause offensive odors and environmental risks.

And since the paint dissolves in the circulation water, and its minute particles are
dispersed and increase suspended substances (SS) or soluble solid substances (TDS) in
the water which forces us to exchange the circulation water.

The solvent inside the paint not only increases hydrogen carbonate (HC) but also raise
COD of the circulation water while in exhaustion and promotes corrosion of the facility.

To solve the above-stated problems, the viscosity of the paint needs to be removed, and
cohesive floating is also needed for easy removal of the viscosity removed paint
particles.

      Eyes :
         Immediately flush eyes large amounts of running water for at least 15 minutes.
         Hold eyelids apart while flushing to rinse entire surface of eye and lids with water.

         Immediately flush skin with large amounts of running water at least 15 minutes.
         Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention immediately.
