            2-1-1. Particulate Matter

                     * Particulate Matter : Any material, except uncombined water, tha tin the

                        solid or liquid state in the atmosphere or gas stream at standard stream

                        at standard condition

                     * Aerosol : A dispersion of microscopic solid or liquid particles in gassous media

                     * Dust : Solid partic les large than colloidal size capable of temporary

                                 suspension in air

                     * Fly ash : Fineiy divided particies of ash entrained in flue gas, particles

                                     may contain unburned fuel

                     * Fog : Visible aerosol

                     * Fume : Particles formed by condensation, sublemation, or chemical reaction,

                                  Predominantly smaller than 1um (tobacco smoke)

                     * Mist : Dispersion of small liquid droplets of sufficient size to fall the air

                     * Smoke : Small gasborne particles resulting from combustion

                     * Soot : An agglomeration of carbon particles

            2-1-2. Gases and Vapors

                     * SOx ( Suifur Oxides ) : SO2, SO3, G2, SO4

                     * H2S ( Hydrogen Sulfide )

                     * CS2 ( Carbon Disulfide )

                     * NOx(Nitrogen Oxides) : NO, NO2, NO3, N2O , N2O3, ets.

                     * F Compound : caF2, Na3AlF6, HF

                     * Cl Compound : Cl2, HCl                    * CO ( Carbon Monoxide )

                     * CO2 ( Carbon Dixide )                       * HC ( Hydro Carbon )
