(CNC #525 : COOPER PIPE CLEANER)

CNC #525 efficiently removes machine processing oil and other pollutants from

copper pipes that are used in mechanical processing such as cutting, bending, etc.

CNC #525 is a weak acid cleaner containing organic acid, surface active agent and

other additives, so you need to wash with water and dry after using this cleaner.

Freon gas being circulated through each cooper pipe of the machine must not be

contacted with oil and moisture excluding the freezing oil.

*Treatment Process

Preliminary washing with water - CNC #525 treatment - washing with water - drying

*Directions

Make the CNC #525's dilution degree as 20% water solution and apply it by dip or

spray method.

Although using at room temperature is all right, you can get better efficiency and

uniformed effect by using it at 40-45^oC.

As continuing the treatment, the detached and floated oil & waste matters are being

removed at all times, so you can use it for a long time.
